<p>As a young minister, I have always been submitted and accountable to my pastor. I do wonder however, how important is it that I have my pastor&rsquo;s approval to pursue full time ministry? If he does not approve it and I continue to strongly feel the call, is it permissible to pursue my ministry anyway?</p>
